Job Description
Position: Sr. C++/Java Developer (Architect)
Job Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and implement software solutions for flight simulation systems.
- Take a lead role in the architecture, design, and implementation of software modules and components
- Conduct code reviews, provide guidance, and mentor junior team members
- Ensure the software meets high-quality standards, performance requirements, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications
- Conduct testing and debugging to identify and resolve software defects
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development
Requirement and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in software development, preferably in the aviation or gaming industry
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Java
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and practices
- Experience with software architecture and design patterns
- Familiarity with 3D graphics programming and engines, such as Unity or Unreal Engine
- Expertise in debugging, profiling, and optimizing software performance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills in English
Preferred:
- Experience with flight simulation systems or aviation-related software development.
- Knowledge of real-time simulation and modelling techniques.
- Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies.
