Job Description

Position: Sr./Executive - IT Support

Job Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs client setup at desktop / laptop level – installing, upgrading, implementing and configuring operating systems, applications, software, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment; undertake repairs and corrections where required.
  • Escalate complex software, hardware, or network/workstation calls to the appropriate vendor.
  • Provide support for simulator remote access for simulator manufacturer.
  • Document Issue resolution using the service desk ticketing system.
  • Work with vendors to request service regarding software and hardware failures under maintenance.
  • Evaluate software and hardware for functionality and ease of use for integration into our environment.
  • Liaise with all in house departments and vendors.
  • Exercise responsibility for the integrity, security, and maintenance of the systems.
  • Provide requisite training to other staff members.

Requirement and Skills:

  • Bachelor or Master degree from a reputed institute in IT, Having a MBA will be an advantage
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent computer skills – MS Office
