Position: Executive - Administration

Job Location:  Narnaul, Haryana

Position Overview:

As an Executive - Administration, you will be responsible for efficiently managing administrative tasks with a strong focus on computer-related activities. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in computer applications, possess excellent organizational skills, and be willing to travel to perform admin-related activities, including hostel-related coordination, as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Computer and Administrative Proficiency:
    • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.
    • Handle data entry, document preparation, and other computer-related tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Travel for Admin-related Activities:
    • Be willing to travel to various locations to perform administrative tasks, including hostel-related coordination, as required by the organization.
    • Ensure seamless coordination and execution of administrative responsibilities during travel.
  • Hostel Coordination:
    • Oversee and coordinate hostel-related activities, including admissions, allocations, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for occupants.
    • Maintain accurate records of hostel occupancy and address any hostel-related issues promptly.
  • Office Management:
    • Assist in the day-to-day office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and coordination of office activities.
    • Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.
    • Handle logistics, scheduling, and other administrative aspects of events.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation in both physical and electronic formats.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ad Hoc Administrative Tasks:
    • Undertake any other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirement and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong focus on computer-related activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Remuneration: Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate to qualification, educational background and experience.
