Position: Dy./Chief Flight Instructor

Job Location: Delhi/NCR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the quality and safety considerations are given the foremost priority.
  • Ensuring explicit application of quality and safety management policy and procedures in accordance with FSTC FSPL.
  • Ensuring acceptance and overview of any residual risks or hazards and their associated controls are identified in accordance with the procedures contained in Operations and Safety Manual of FSTC FSPL.
  • Overseeing the safety and operational performance of daily operations at FSTC FSPL.
  • Conduct flight briefings for FI’s / AFI’s and students as necessary.
  • Coordinate with QM to ensure maximum serviceability and utilization of aircraft.
  • Authorize and ensure all flights of FSTC FSPL are conducted within the laid down rules and regulations.
  • Ensure maximum flight safety.

Requirement and Skills:

  • The candidate for CFI/Dy. CFI should possess the valid following license / rating/medical:
    • CPL or ATPL License
    • Flight instructor’s rating
    • Instrument Rating
    • FRTOL
    • Medical

  • By FIR holder
  • By Qualified Flight Instructor (QFI) from Defense forces, {holding FIR and released at least 20 pupil pilots on first solo on ab-initio trainer aircraft exercising the privilege of QFI in Defense.

Experience as post holder

6 months functional experience as Dy. CFI.*
